• Scan results (technical analysis of public pages)

We process this data for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — specifically to deliver the SEO audit report you requested.

4. How long we retain data

• One-time audits: 30 days after delivery
• Monitoring subscriptions: 12 months data retention
• After this period, data is automatically deleted

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data

6. Data deletion

Send an email to privacy@scanlytics.nl with your deletion request. We will process it within 30 days.
