1. The product

ScanLytics is an automated SEO audit service. We analyse public web pages and deliver a report with findings and recommendations. This is expressly not a ranking guarantee. Rankings are influenced by hundreds of factors beyond our control.

2. Payment and refunds

One-time audits: no refund after downloading the report
Subscriptions: cancellable before the next renewal date
Payment via Stripe. We do not store payment details.

3. Liability

ScanLytics is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
